How to order: please ensure that you have the appropriate Oliver's Menu available by contacting Oliver’s Head Office or online. Complete the order form section, including options (where applicable), to ensure accurate deliveries. Orders can be placed by phone 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday or via the website 24/7.
Substitutions: whilst we always try our utmost to deliver your chosen order we do reserve the right to SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS with suitable alternatives without prior notice if the products ordered are not available, out of season or the customer has not ordered from an up to date menu.
Ordering: Oliver’s Platter™ orders must be placed no later than 3:00pm on the day prior to the delivery date. Oliver’s Meal-time™ orders must be placed no later than 10:30am for same day delivery. At least 48 hours notice is requires for Oliver’s Events™ orders. There is a minimum order of £20.00. A charge of £5 will be applied to orders deemed to be out side Oliver’s regular delivery area. Your order will be confirmed upon receipt by email, as we may not be able to rectify errors later.
Deliveries: all orders will be delivered to the main reception area within your company and a signature will be required for proof of delivery. Oliver’s Meal-time™ and Oliver’s Platter™ deliveries can be made Mon-Fri (excluding Bank holidays). Oliver’s Event™ menu is available Mon-Sun (excluding Bank holidays). Please specify your delivery time or state that you wish to collect your order. We will endeavour but not guarantee to deliver on time. The time confirmed is an estimation only.
Payment methods: cash payment can be made on delivery or we will be happy to accept payment by credit card or cheque though a charge of 3% will be added to your final bill.
Order cancellations: should you need to cancel your order, this must be confirmed by fax or email. Cancellations of Meal-time™ and Platter™ orders will be accepted up to 4 hours before delivery is due, at no charge. Event™ orders must be cancelled in writing 7 days prior to the agreed date. Failure to comply with these procedures will result in the full, agreed cost being charged.
Prices: the customer acknowledges that they enter into the contract with the full knowledge of the price and the seller reserves the right to revise its prices at any time prior to dispatch. The prices for goods at the date of dispatch apply. Prices are correct at time of publishing and are for guidance only. Oliver’s™ reserves the right to change prices at any time.
Customer complaints: if you are not satisfied with the service or product you have received, we would like to hear from you. Please contact us at Oliver’s Head Office within 24hrs of receipt of delivery. It will help us if you know the order number and delivery date/time. Any further claims after this 24hr period will be deemed to be nullified by the customer in respect of the goods supplied.
Rejected orders: orders may be rejected if the official order form is not used or if the information supplied is insufficient or incorrect although we will endeavour but not guarantee to clarify the order subject to time availability and contact details.
DISCLAIMER: We will endeavour to state where nuts are used as an ingredient. However, as nuts are used in our kitchen, please be aware that we cannot guarantee that any of our products are completely nut-free. Oliver’s will endeavour but not guarantee to satisfy requests regarding special dietary needs.
